My entire career — from Director of Technology Innovation at Harvard Business School Publishing, to Digital Learning Leader in GE’s Crotonville Leadership Development Institute, to Global Learning Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions, through Principal (Partner) at PwC — has been focused on how to develop process, practice, and technology to improve human performance. I have a PhD from CUNY in English (Computational Linguistics). Besides mentoring, I donate time to help develop technology for parents of children with ASD. I live in Pensacola, Florida, with my wife and two dogs.

I began my human capital career leading higher education teams in co-developing custom-designed skills-based degree programs for The Home Depot, Verizon, SunTrust Banks, Convergys, and GE — many of these programs were recognized for excellence in academic partnerships (four consecutive years) by the CLO Symposium. After higher education, Founders and Executives engaged me to accelerate their growth, enhancing hybrid Go-To-Market strategies and dual-purpose advisory boards. I am an accountant by education, ran and sold a family business, and now reside with my wife in Atlanta close to our grown children and our grandchildren.
